He specialises in comprehensive functional assessments, including FCA, complex home modifications, home and living reports, and assistive technology assessments.

Occupational Therapist

Parimal has a strong background in rehabilitation and holistic treatment planning, with clinical experience across India, the UK, and Australia. He specialises in neurology, paediatrics, and geriatrics, creating personalised intervention plans that promote physical and cognitive improvements, enhance daily function. Apart from English, Parimal speaks fluent Hindi and Gujarati.

She speaks fluent Hindi, and Urdu.

Fluent in both English and Arabic, Magda is skilled in building rapport with participants and families from diverse backgrounds.

Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

As an overseas-qualified dentist who found his passion in supporting people with special needs, Basit brings extensive experience working with participants with intellectual disability, autism, psychosocial disability, dual diagnosis, and behaviours of concern. With sound knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards and a trauma-informed approach to practice, Basit is committed to upholding the dignity and rights of every participant. Apart from English, Basit can speak fluent Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati and Marathi.

Mohamed works closely with NDIS participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop person-centred Positive Behaviour Support Plans, Functional Behaviour Assessments, and interim risk management strategies. He is experienced in collecting and analysing behavioural data, identifying the functions of behaviour, and implementing practical, evidence-based interventions that enhance quality of life and promote meaningful participation. Along with English, he speaks fluent Arabic.
